United Black Players, formerly known as Black Player’s Alliance, was formed in 2020 by Brandon Miller and Hugh Roberts, who came together to turn an idea into a powerful collective. The organization was founded with a focus on providing more opportunities and support for minorities in the sport of soccer. Their goal was to create a player pathway that addressed the needs of players at every step of their journey.
