Tyler David

Tyler David has four years of playing experience as a professional in the USL Championship and USL League One. He played for Saint Louis FC, Hartford Athletic, Union Omaha, and also spent time abroad in Finland as well as with USL League Two sides Des Moines Menace and Minneapolis City SC. He grew up in the Minneapolis- St. Paul Metro area before attending Saint Louis University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Leadership and Change Management.

When the UBP came into existence, in 2020 (formerly known as the Black Player’s Alliance), David felt it was necessary to be involved as much as possible to help the group flourish in a space where it was painfully needed. Although his role amongst the USL has changed, he believes in the group and what it represents. He hopes to help provide a voice for players and youth across the league as we continue to grow this sport amongst the black and brown communities in America.
